The Lightspace320i.
Tekuchi used the Lightspace320i™, a LED Controller created by Tekuchi specifically for the task of lightning physical models. Initially, only technicians could configure the Lightspace, using a complex set of tools which required some degree of technical knowledge.
A user-friendly approach.
We required a user-friendly control system for non-technical users, something intuitive and familiar.
It needed to be straightforward and forgiving for our target market - sales agents.
Sales agents could easily toggle specific apartments on and off, indicating availability, sold status, or reservations. Additionally, the system would enable the creation of patterns and animations.
Zero learning curve.
One crucial aspect is that sales agents are not employees of the development company; they're independent contractors.
They need to arrive at the marketing suite, learn to use the app on the fly and multitask while conversing with clients and potential buyers.
Therefore, the app needed to have, practically, no learning curve. Sales agents should glance at the screen and immediately understand what to do and where to find it, even without prior experience.
